    Provided leadership, strategic marketing, budgetary and logistical support for the implementation of more than 100 international trade show exhibitions, supporting more than 1,000 companies in Aerospace, Food & Beverage, Health and Beauty, Fashion, IT, Mobile, Film & Entertainment and Medical Technologies in China, Southeast Asia and Europe, supporting tens of millions of exports for U.S. companies. In collaboration with industry trade associations, U.S. Department of Commerce (USDOC), USDA Foreign Agricultural Service and in-country partners.

  • "On Trade" International Promotions

    Project Management of “In Store” and “E-commerce” product focused promotions for Health and Beauty, and Consumer Goods, in Hong Kong, Southeast Asia and China. Event planning, logistics planning and strategic partnerships, including Yue Hwa, CPAll, JD.com, US Department of Commerce, Foreign Commercial Service and locally based industry associations.

  • Government Trade Promotion

    Played a pivotal role in implementation of multiple Governor-led trade promotion events, including Governor Schwarzenegger’s Trade Missions to China, Germany, Mexico and Canada and Governor Brown’s trade mission to China. Governor Schwarzenegger appointed me to the Governor’s Office of Economic Development in 2010 which as later named GO-Biz in 2012.

    Developed Curriculum for doing business in emerging markets for a Fully Employed MBA (FEMBA) marketing elective, entitled, “Globalization and Emerging Markets.” - focused on case studies in emerging markets, and how companies from emerging markets maintain position in home market as well as become global competitors.

    At California State University, Fullerton, School of Business and Economics, courses taught include: Global Marketing (445); Export and Import Marketing (475); Globalization and Emerging Markets (596) and Marketing Principles (519).

    At the Foreign Trade University (FTU), Hanoi, teach: Multinational Marketing Strategies (MKT401E). FTU ranks as one of the top universities in Vietnam.

    Commissioned the first study of Small Business Services Exports, with the UC Berkeley, Haas School of Business, Dr. Cynthia Kroll, and Dr. Ashok Bardhan.

    Commissioned and led the first study of the Inland Empire logistics industry, in collaboration with LAWA and partner with KPMG. This study was the first research project that led to the development of logistics curriculum and programs at California State Universities, and California Community Colleges
